"Experience. Excellence." Subscription Agreement Terms

By subscribing to the YhaWright Productions: Experience. Excellence. Subscription, you (the "Subscriber") agree to the following terms and conditions governing your subscription commitment level. This agreement is legally binding and outlines the obligations and responsibilities associated with your subscription. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

1. Commitment Level

By selecting a subscription level with YhaWright Productions, you commit to the corresponding term and payment obligations as outlined in the plan description. This includes, but is not limited to, the agreed-upon subscription duration, payment schedule, and benefits.

2. Payments and Billing

The Subscriber agrees to pay all fees associated with the selected subscription level. Payments must be made on the due dates specified. Non-payment or late payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services provided by YhaWright Productions.

3. Non-Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription commitments are non-cancelable during the agreed-upon term. Refunds will not be provided except as required by law or as explicitly stated in the cancellation policy for specific circumstances.

4. Renewal

If applicable, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the commitment term unless the Subscriber provides notice of non-renewal in accordance with the YhaWright Productions renewal policy. Renewal terms and pricing will be communicated in advance.

5. Service Usage

The Subscriber agrees to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of service outlined by YhaWright Productions. Unauthorized use or violation of these terms may result in termination of the subscription without refund.

6. Acknowledgment of Terms

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This agreement serves as your consent to be bound by these terms and conditions for the duration of your subscription.
